How to play Tiny Rex
Watch the path ahead and time your jumps and ducks to pass each obstacle. The run is about staying in motion for as long as you can. When it ends, save your score and try again with a better sense of the timing.
Tips for your next run
- Look ahead to the next obstacle instead of watching only the dinosaur’s feet.
- Choose a jump or a duck for the obstacle in front of you; jumping at every hazard will not keep the run alive.
- Use a few runs to learn the timing. Change one part of your approach at a time so you can tell what helps.
Controls
- Jump
- Press Space or the Up arrow. On a touchscreen, use the jump button or touch the playing field with one finger.
- Duck
- Hold the Down arrow or Control. On a touchscreen, hold the duck button or use two fingers on the playing field.
- Pause
- Press P or Escape, or use the pause button.
Your next high score
Tiny Rex has an all-time leaderboard. When it is the featured game in an active weekly championship, the play link takes you into that competition. Only your best weekly score counts. Add your name and confirm your email before the deadline to enter for the top-three rewards.
You can return to permanent games between championships. A weekly championship runs Monday to Saturday, with Sunday off.
