Privacy
We ask for an email so we can tell you when the arcade opens. If you put a name on a score, we keep that too. It lives in the EU, and you can leave any time.
What we keep
Your email, if you want a ping when GitHub, Claude, or another watched tool actually goes down. We send one message first so you know the address works. If you name a score after a run, we also keep that email and the display name you chose, and we put you on the next-outage list.
What we see
Anonymous page views: which pages people open, phone versus computer, and when a game starts or finishes. No cookies, and we don't keep your IP.
Why
That's the only mail you get from us: a real outage on the tools you signed up for, or that you named a score on. No newsletters. If you claim a score, we send another mail so we know it's you, then ping you when the next one hits. Open it on the same device you played on. Winners are featured on the homepage. Reply to that mail if you want Cursor Pro for a month. We don't sell any of this.
Where
On servers in the EU. Mail comes from outage@nonines.dev.
How to leave
Every ping has a link to stop. You can drop some services or leave altogether. If you named a score, that name stays in the Hall of Fame. It is the public record of the outage, not part of the mailing list.
Who
Nines is just me. If something's off, I'm on x.com/gnyani7.
